On the occasion of CPH:DOX 2025, the International Documentary Film Festival taking place in the Danish capital from 19 to 30 March, an event organised in collaboration with ICE (Italian Trade Agency) was held at the Italian Residence, dedicated to the production, promotion and distribution of documentaries, with a view to promoting cooperation between Italian and Scandinavian operators in the sector.
Massimo Arvat, producer and director, Alessio Massatani, responsible for Cinecittà's international promotion, with Soren Tarp, producer at Det Danske Filminstitut, and Thor Hampus Bank, producer and director of GotFat Productions, moderated by Francesco Giai Via, Programmer and Trainer, had the opportunity to present situations and potential of their respective national realities, in a stimulating dialogue with many representatives of the Italian, Danish and Scandinavian documentary industry who were able to share experiences, projects and visions, examining possibilities for collaboration and new connections. Of particular importance was the interest that emerged in the Italian-Danish discussion regarding projects and cooperation to be jointly advanced.
