The Italian Ambassador to Luanda, Marco Ricci, opened the seminar dedicated to the 9th edition of Italian Design Day, whose theme is 'Inequalities. Design for a better life'.
The event, organised by the Embassy in Angola in collaboration with the Italian Trade Agency, was attended by representatives from the Angolan government, the diplomatic corps, and the business, academic and artistic worlds. Students from other architecture universities in the capital city, with which the Embassy has a long-standing collaboration, were also present.
During the event, held at the Institute of Science and Technology in Luanda, a debate was also held between the Testimonial of Italian Design Day in Angola, Italian designer Eugenia Chiara and other guests, including entrepreneur Claudia Mittler and Angolan architects Danécia Sibingo, Sheila Antunes and Pedro Mvemba Cidade.
