A 15-year-old girl was allegedly
assaulted by a 15-year-old boy in a railway station bathroom
near Lecce in Puglia while her boyfriend, who had asked her to
meet him at the station, was waiting for her in an adjacent
room, last July 28, sources said after police served the alleged
perp with an arrest warrant Wednesday.
He has been charged with aggravated sexual violence.
The boy has been placed in a youth home while police are now
looking at the boyfriend's position, legal sources said.
